For any submission containing an image, note that the PRINT EDITION CAN ONLY ACCEPT BLACK AND WHITE. Color is allowed for the web edition. Consequently this paper’s art and photography sections will have different content per format, but also will have double the amount of content if you look at both the web and print versions. 

Events in particular will receive greater priority the longer in advance they are submitted. This is so our readers have time to learn about the events before they have already passed.  There are however, NO STRICT RESTRICTIONS on the type of events that are posted. It can be anything from a club event, concert, festival, or even just a small party someone plans to throw. Regardless of the event type, try to give sufficient notice to reflect the timeline of the paper and its distribution. 

If a business or property owner wishes to host a print distribution point, please reach out. Otherwise, we rely on volunteers to spread the paper around town. Even if you simply wish to give the paper to friends, consider volunteering as you’ll receive multiple advance copies to be distributed (reasonably) at your discretion.
